For those who celebrate, 中秋節快樂! I hope you all are enjoying the full moon and reflecting on this year’s bounty. Here’s a sampling of the mooncakes that our family received this year:
Some mooncakes have a salted yolk in the middle to symbolize the full moon. I’ll be enjoying this one tonight. They’re so dense calorically, but well-made ones are so worth it.
