Mom put them in a little jar with water and they've lasted pretty well. @Wei-Wei: I didn't even know cilantro grew flowers either, it's only because my grandparents are in Taiwan and no one is there to clip back the cilantro. We went there and discovered they all grew flowers! It's funny, I used to hate cilantro too, but I think I'm starting to turn around. It's fine in small doses. @Mei: Thanks!
